Arapahoe Basin Lift Tickets
Arapahoe Basin offers many types of lift tickets: day lift passes, Arapahoe Basin Season Passes, and Ikon Passes. A limited number of lift tickets are sold to manage crowds and provide a better experience. Below is a breakdown of the differences between the passes.
Day Lift Pass
All lift tickets must be purchased online and in advance.
- Available for Purchase: During ski season
- Ideal for: Last-minute ski trips to Arapahoe Basin.
Season Passes
Arapahoe Basin offers a variety of season pass options that are available for purchase pre-ski season. The unlimited, unrestricted season passes quantity is limited for crowd-level control.
- Value Season Pass provides unlimited access to Arapahoe Basin throughout the ski season except on blackout dates. The blackout dates are weekends in January and February, plus the first weekend in March.
- Midweek Season Pass provides unlimited, unrestricted weekday access to A-Basin. You also receive additional benefits including discounts to dining, retail, and tune shop.
- Fall Pass provides unlimited, unrestricted access to A-Basin from opening day until January 1. You also receive discounts on dining, retail, and tuning until January 1.
- Multi-Day Packs have the option of 3, 4, or 5 day access during the season with no blackout dates. You can use the pass non-consecutively.
- Fall 3-Pack gives you 3 day access between opening day (est. mid-October) and December 21 (2023), except for Thanksgiving week. You can use the pass non-consecutively.
- Full Season Pass gives you unlimited, unrestricted access to Arapahoe Basin throughout the ski season. You receive additional benefits including free or discounted ski days at partner resorts, discounts on food, shopping, lessons, and more.
- Uphill Access Pass provides uphill access only when open.
Ikon Pass
You can access Arapahoe Basin on all types of Ikon Passes. The differences are highlighted below.
- Ikon Pass gives unlimited access to 15 resorts and up to 7 days each at 40 ski resorts with no blackout dates throughout the ski season. This pass gives 7 day access to Arapahoe Basin. It is ideal for people who will be skiing at multiple resorts.
- Ikon Base Pass gives unlimited access to 14 resorts and up to 5 days each at 34 resorts with blackout dates for some resorts. This pass gives 5 day access without blackout dates to Arapahoe Basin. It is cheaper than Ikon Pass so it is ideal for those who do not require access to all Ikon resorts.
- Ikon Session Pass has the option of 2, 3, or 4 total days of access at 40 resorts, including Arapahoe Basin, with blackout dates. This is ideal for those who want some flexibility in resort access and will be skiing the selected days on the pass at Arapahoe Basin (or other Ikon resorts).
Mountain Collective
The Mountain Collective Pass provides 2-day access each to 24 ski resorts across 5 continents with no blackout dates.
- Mountain Access: 2 days total at Arapahoe Basin.
- Additional Benefits: Half-price for additional days at the Collective resorts and lodging deals.
- Ideal for: People who want to ski at multiple ski resorts for a short period.
Arapahoe Basin Ski and Snowboard Lessons
Arapahoe Basin Ski and Snowboard School offer 2-Hour Private, Half-Day Group or Private Lessons and Kids Programs.
Arapahoe Basin caters to all skill levels and age groups with various options. Ski and snowboard class lessons and Kids Club programs are available for ages 3 and up, accommodating 4-8 people (fewer for young children). Private lessons are also open to ages 3 and up, accommodating up to 4 people.

Steilhang Hut
Steilhang Hut, Arapahoe Basin's newest on-mountain restaurant, is a German-style alpine hut located at the top of Lenawee Park's frontside terrain. Please note that guests must be able to ski or ride at least an intermediate run to get down from the restaurant.
